We have been able to secure a top class field in all classes. With two British Superbike champions and a second place finisher As our race is run at the end of the season we have to wait to see if teams are intact,:-  Alastair Seeley British Supersport Champion and Keith Farmer 600cc Superstock Champion and Glenn Irwin second in this class.

The Sunflower Trophy Race is made up of 16 seeded riders and the fastest twenty from Supersport and Superbike qualifying. on Friday to make up a field of 36.

The 125cc Entry is very healthy with all the top Irish competitors including Paul Robinson and Nigel Percy and young gun Korie McGreevy.

The 250cc / 400cc classes will be run concurrently and we have a welcome return of Woolsey Coulter on a 250cc Honda along with Davy Morgan, Paul Robinson and Nigel Percy again.

The 600cc Class is very healthy with a top line up with the WSB Parkalgar Team of Sam Lowes and Michael Dunlop getting a run out with this team maybe something in the offing for Michael for 2012.  The TAS team will have our BSB Supersport champion Alastair Seeley and AN Other.  The Gearlink runner Ben Wilson who was pipped to the Supersport Championship by one point by Alastair Seeley will have John Simpson from Antrim as a team mate and William Dunlop on the Wilson Craig Honda will have Glenn Irwin to partner him.

Jack Kennedy from Dublin is getting an outing on Tim Martin’s Yamaha.

Unfortunately we will not have last year’s double winner Marshall Neill who had an off at Brands Hatch. We wish him a speedy recovery.

The Superbike Class will have Alastair Seeley and Ian Lowry on the Relentless by TAS Suzukis and the Wilson Craig Hondas will be ridden by William Dunlop and AN Other plus Michael Dunlop on the Paul Bird Kawasaki.  Jack Kennedy will be Riding Jimmy Murray’s Millsport Superbike.

We must congratulate Scobby for getting a top class Sidecar entry including Ken Knapton/Jason Miller, Tony Baker/Shaun Parker and our own John Clarke/Stuart Graham. Ben Birchall /Tom Birchall and Tim Reeves/ Gregory Cluze.

Relentless TAS Suzuki will field British Champion Alastair Seeley on Supersport and Superbike machines with Ian Lowry as team mate to Alastair in the Superbike class

Jack Kennedy from Dublin who normally rides for Appleyard\ McAdam in the Supersport Class will be riding a Superbike for Millsport from Ballymoney and the Martrain Supersport machine. He had a bad accident early in the season but is back to form with top 3 places at BSB.

William Dunlop  will  be competing on Wilson Craig Superbikes & 600's.

Australian David Johnston will be riding Cameron Donalds Superbike for Wilson Craig
Glenn Irwin will ride Wilson's Supersport machine

Simon Buckmaster comes good again, and on our behalf has contracted world star Sam Lowes  to appear at the Sunflower, together with Michael Dunlop.

Michael Dunlop also rides the Street Sweep Kawasaki with a Paul Bird engine in the Superbike Race.

Trickbits FBM Racing are to field 2 Riders -
Neil Gregory (London), Stuart Elwood (Lisburn)
John Simpson (Antrim)  rides the Gearlink Kawasaki in the Supersport Race

British Superstock 600 champion Keith Farmer will also be a strong contender in the Supersport class

Ben Wilson  on Gearlink Kawasaki confirmed for 600cc Supersport, along with  team mate, local teenager Josh Cunningham

The Sidecar entry is top class with Tim Reeves / Greg Cluze up against the Birchall brothers Ben and Tom. It also features Scott Lawrie / James Neave and host of cross channell competitors against our local champions Dylan Lynch and John Clarke
