This year the club is celebrating their 50th Anniversary as well as the 70th Anniversary of the Oliver’s Mount Race circuit, Scarborough.

The Season starts on Friday 22nd January with a night of fun and laugher with the one and only Steve Parrish at the Royal Hotel, Scarborough. The title of the event is ‘One Night in Scarborough’ were Steve will be reliving his days of competing at Oliver’s Mount alongside Suzuki team mate Barry Sheene. Tickets for this have now been on sale for over a month with only 18 left to date (January 13th) the remaining tickets will be sold on a first come first serve bases. Call now on 01723 373000 to avoid disappointment.

The following day, 23rd January, the club will be holding their annual prize presentation of 2015 awards, again at the Royal Hotel, Scarborough. Tickets and rooms for this event are completely sold out. Among the guests are the Club President Robert Goodwill MP, stars past & present including Jamie Whitham, Mick Grant, Ian Lougher, Lee Johnston, Dean Harrison, Ivan Lintin, Jamie Coward and World Supersport Champion Sam Lowes just to name a few.

Sam Lowes started his racing career at Auto 66 alongside his brother Alex who have both now gone on to be two of the world’s top riders.

The new directors responsible for lifting the events at Oliver’s Mount to an even higher level in the coming years are Scott Beaumont, Marketing Director, Chris Machin, Director of Legends & Dave Short, Director of Developments. This team are hoping to bring motorsport in general to the forefront of sport in years to come.

The full plans of the coming year will be unveiled by Scott Beaumont at a Press launch at the Royal Hotel on Saturday 23rd January at 2.30pm. Members of the press are invited to attend the conference. If you haven’t received an invitation then please e-mail Scott at scott@pmhpromotions.com.

The Auto 66 clubs first meeting will take place at Cadwell Park on the 19th & 20th March and first Oliver’s Mount meeting will be on 16th & 17th April which will now be known as the Bob Smith Spring Cup.
