Two more star names will be added to the Superbike class at the first Adelaide Masters event of the year with the announcement that BE Racing will attend a round of the growing championship for the first time.

The Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th event will kick off the fourth season of backing from Motorcycle Insurance Specialists, Adelaide Insurance Services. Sunday 6th will also see the introduction of Live TV coverage of the entire days racing on Mondello.TV, Mondello Park's own live streaming channel.

John Burrows, 'Cookstown' backed BE Racing team will bring their two riders to the event with Manxman Dan Kneen making his competitive début for the team and Michael Sweeney riding his own Kawasaki Superbike under the BE Racing banner for the first time.

Kneen has already tested for his new team at Kirkistown but the Adelaide Masters Series races will be his first chance to try his Superbike Suzuki and Supersport Honda in a racing environment. Kneen has previous Mondello Park experience, having won there in the Celtic Match races back in 2009, and is sure to put up a strong challenge to the series regulars.

Sweeney will race a 250CC two-stroke machine for BE Racing on the roads this season, but for Mondello Park he will ride his own Kawasaki, which will be run by John Burrows team for the weekend. The Skerries rider has previous Adelaide Masters Series form having dominated the Supertwins class back in 2011.

The entries for BE Racing are a further endorsement of the Adelaide Masters Series package which offers excellent prize money, unrivalled publicity and comprehensive LIVE! TV coverage. Further information on the series can be found at www.adelaidemasters.ie.
