The March 7th date is a short day so on track for 12pm sharp and finish last light 5:30pm ish. The March 19th Friday date is TBC, as long as people want it I will run and if March 7th is a washout at least there is another oportunity for a run out. All Friday and Saturday dates are 9am sign on bikes on track 10:30. NO riders are permitted to stay over at Kirkistown either before or after an event, due to insurance requirements so please don't.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

ALL bikes will have to have a db killer fitted AND be below 105db on a static noise test. Those with the stubby motogp style exhaust (R6, GSXR600 etc) will have difficulty meeting this and may require a diffent end can. All road bike exhausts and it seems all sports systems that come with a factory fitted removable baffle easily pass, the aftermarket db killer (£15ish) knocks 3db of most systems which on 95% of systems gets them below 105db. Unfortunately the static test is not conclusive and there will be constant drive by monitoring which may reveal some bikes passing the static test but failing the drive by, drive by is the overall factor. It is imperative that the noise restrictions are adhered to and therefore it will be strictly enforced.

If you have any questions or doubts about your machine give me a ring, I will try and get hold of a meter before the new season and can always try and meet up to do a bit of testing if required.
