Two events to raise money for injured sidecar duo Nick Crowe and Mark Cox take place today.

The pair face months of surgery and rehabilitation, after being seriously hurt in the Sidecar 2 race at this year's TT.

A sponsored sidecar push is taking place throughout the day.

The machine has already been personalised by people who have pledged money to the cause, by signing their names on the fairing.

As a separate 'side event', the Vintage Motorcycle Club is putting on a display of sidecar outfits at the classic bike museum in Kirk Michael.

Secretary of the club Tony East says people involved in the sidecar push will be having a brief rest at the museum and it seemed like a good idea to do something else to support the cause:
